Study in Malaysia
Why Study in Malaysia
Iqra Holidays is the best professional visa processing agent in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The recent rapid development of the country has made it an attractive destination for all sorts of people. This has led to the culture and people being incredibly diverse, with lots of different ethnic groups and religions.
A major advantage for international students who choose to study in Malaysia is the reasonable cost of living. The total expenditure for accommodation, either on-campus or off-campus is very affordable.
While your actual cost of living will depend on the location of your accommodation and your personal lifestyle, students will be pleased to know that KL has been ranked one of the least expensive cities in the world to live in. For most students, a monthly budget of RM2,000 (US$500) will provide them with a rather comfortable living in Malaysia.
Language Requirements
The official language of Malaysia is Bahasa Malaysia, but the country also has a recognized language of English.
Most courses will be offered in English at both public and private institutions. If your native language is not English, you may need to prove your language skills will meet the teaching standards (example-IELTS, TOEFL, MUET, UEC, etc.). If they do not, it is common for universities to offer English proficiency courses to help you improve.
Even if you are studying a course in English, it is always recommended that you try to pick up some of the Malaysian language. Communicating with the locals and other students is the perfect way to practice, and will make learning easier. This is a skill that will look great on your Visa application Documents!
